1. Delivery
Methods
The Buyer may
choose one of the following delivery options:
·
Click & Collect: purchase and payment made
online, with in-store pickup at the Seller’s boutique in Geneva.
·
Home Delivery: purchase and payment made
online, with delivery to the address provided by the Buyer.
Product and service
availability is confirmed by the Seller, which triggers the order confirmation
email. This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract
between the Buyer and the Seller, subject to the actual availability of the
products.
The order may be
fully or partially confirmed depending on availability. In the event of a
partial confirmation, the Buyer may not demand delivery of the unconfirmed
items.
2. Prices & Payment
Conditions

Prices
displayed on the website are indicative only.
·
The
applicable price is the one stated in the order confirmation email.
·
Unless
otherwise stated, all prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), VAT included.
·
Delivery, packaging, installation or other service fees are
excluded and, if applicable, specified in the order confirmation.
Full payment is
required prior to the release of the goods.
In the event of
cancellation, Helco
SA reserves the right to retain any deposit paid. Any potential
refund remains at the sole discretion of Helco SA.
3. Delivery Times
·
In-stock items: orders are generally
delivered within 7 to 12 business days in Switzerland.
·
Custom-made or made-to-order
products
(e.g. furniture or customized bedding): average delivery time is 9 to 12 weeks,
depending on the season and nature of the product.
Delivery times are
indicative and may be extended in exceptional circumstances (production or
transport delays, etc.).
Custom Orders:
·
A
50% deposit
is required to confirm the order.
·
Production
will only start upon receipt of this deposit.
·
The
remaining
balance is due before delivery.
·
If
the order is canceled after production has started, the deposit will be
retained by Helco SA.
All goods remain
the property
of Helco SA until full payment is received. The Buyer must take
reasonable care of the goods until that time.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be
made via:
·
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard issued by
a Swiss bank)
·
Cash (in-store only – Geneva
boutique)
·
Bank transfer to Helco SA’s account
Helco SA reserves
the right to exclude certain payment methods, particularly in the case of
unusual orders, without obligation to justify its decision.
5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are
calculated for the entire order, even if delivered in multiple shipments.
Unless otherwise
agreed in writing, delivery times and dates are for informational purposes only
and are not contractually binding.
6. E-Reservation
·
The
applicable price is the in-store price at the time of checkout.
·
Prices
and promotions are subject to change and time-limited. We do our best to
reflect current offers.
·
An
e-reservation is valid for 72 hours from the confirmation, unless
otherwise specified.
